All of our products are single ingredient derived and made to order. What you see is what you get! Each treat is preserved only by its drying method- either air dried or freeze dried raw. We do not chemically process any of our treats or add any preservatives; for example, our ear chews look like ears.. because they are ears- hair included! Due to the freshness of our products, careful handling is a must to ensure treats last to their expiration date and are thoroughly enjoyed!

Handle our products with clean, *dry* hands, ensuring proper closure of the bags after each use and store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Handling with dirty, wet hands, not properly closing each bag or storing in a high temp/moisture area will introduce harmful bacteria and spoil the treats before expiration.
