SHIPPING POLICY

Local pick up (Salmon Arm)- FREE

If you are located in Salmon Arm and would like to pick up your order, you will be able to select this option at checkout.
If your address does not fall within Salmon Arm and areas and your are not able to meet up or pick up, your items will be shipped through Canada Post. Flat rate shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our shipping partner, SHIPPO with your receipt & order details. Please note that the confirmation email is not an acceptance, but a confirmation that your order has been received. All orders are subject to change based on availability.
Once you have received your order confirmation, we will begin processing your order. Our current processing time is up to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email confirmation which will include your tracking information and estimated delivery time. Current shipping time for Canada post is between 5-10 days. Please be patient as weather can be unpredictable, and holidays can cause delays.

If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you do so by the processing time. If you receive an email with your tracking number & email confirmation it will be too late to cancel.

REFUND POLICY
Here at Rudy's Barkary, we put in a lot of love into our products so that you & your furry friend are happy with your purchase! Due to the freshness of our products, we currently do not offer returns and hope you understand. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out and we will try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
